As part of our growing team, we are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Helpdesk Co-ordinator to join our Manchester headquarters.
Job description:
This will be a varied role that will involve dealing with a number of our customers, including a number of major high street banks and retailers, as well as being a named contact for a number of our customers. The professional will be responsible for liaising with our engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure that customer security issues are resolved quickly and efficiently, as well as providing first-class customer service to our clients at all times. It is essential to be flexible in order to cover other colleagues’ holidays and absences if they need it.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who is a self-starter, who is able to work well within a fast-paced environment, and who is able to take on the role to its full potential.
Responsibilities:
· Manage reactive call-outs for customers
· Create quotations & Purchase orders
· Ensure all customer SLAs are being met
· Answering incoming calls from customers and engineers
· Ensure in-house and customer systems are kept up to date
· Provide reports when requested
· General admin
Essential requirements:
· Proven work experience with a strong admin background
· Outstanding organisational & time management skills
· Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Excellent telephone manner
Desirable requirements:
· Previous helpdesk experience
· Good Geographical knowledge

Monday – Friday 8.30 -17.30
