Products manufactured by us feature a robust 5-year warranty, while reconditioned security solutions benefit from a 2-year warranty, and our locks are covered for 12 months. Our warranty specifically covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use throughout the warranty period, ensuring that you are fully supported should any issues arise with the body of your safe or cabinet.

Easy Warranty Registration

If you’ve recently purchased a safe from us, congratulations on a wise investment! Registering your product is simple. Fill in the registration form provided in the handover pack that comes with your purchase. This form can be returned via post or submitted online. By registering your safe, you activate your warranty and gain access to our full support and service.

For all other security products sold by us, please refer to their own manufacturers’ warranties. These products do not require registration with Associated Security.
