Project & Account Management

To ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction, dedicated account managers will work from start to finish on a project to make sure the end product is the perfect solution for you. Associated Security Solutions Ltd. currently manages roll-out projects for a number of our clients including retail and leisure industries and major high street banks.

This work includes liaising with our clients and being relied upon to deliver on or before schedule. We have dedicated account managers who learn about our clients, their business and the security expectations of each, this enables us to give specialist advice that is individual to them.

We have an extensive product range, including solutions we manufacture ourselves right here in the UK, so if the client requires a specific solution, unique to their needs, we’re able to provide a bespoke safe solution, made in Britain.

Service Contracts

In addition to our full project & account management service, we offer expert service contracts to both our domestic customers and our commercial customers, tailored to meet their individual security requirements. Our contracts can cover either new or existing safes and vaults, covering all call-outs and materials up to a certain cost (dependant on the selected package), in addition to a planned preventative maintenance visit on a yearly basis.

Packages can be purchased and renewed on an annual basis, or every 3 or 5 years, dependant on your preferred length of service and guaranteed protection.
